Still snowy

Office closed, now because of a burst water pipe, so still working at home. Popped out at lunchtime to walk the cat (doesn't everyone?) Cloud is especially fond of collecting dead leaves, so here he is with a few we found while we were out.


I could hear dripping all the time I was out, so some of it is melting at least! However the view below shows there's a lot of snow still around.


Got a bit creative whilst outside and took pictures of the partly melted snow on trees and bushes. Hope these will provide inspiration for my first Journal Quilt, which I will be doing monthly during 2010 with the Contemporary Quilt Group.
